1. Set cvox2 speech rate = 71% into signed-in Google account
2. Sign-in new/different ChromeBook

Observed: Speech rate after sign-in is at default and requires manually increasing speech rate to 71%

1. Set cvox2 speech rate = 71% pitch = 39%, and typing echo = off, into signed-in Google account
2. Sign-in new/different ChromeBook

Observed: Speech rate, pitch, and typing echo,  after sign-in is at default and requires manually increasing speech rate to 71%, decreasing pitch to 39%, and setting typing echo to off.

Expected: speech rate, pitch, and typing echo settings to be restored from Google account.
