Physical Web should be capitalized in en_GB

Chrome Version: 58.0.3000.0 (ToT)
OS: Android 6.0.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(0) Set system locale to "English (United States)"
(1) Open Chrome Privacy Settings
(2) Observe the title of the Physical Web preference
(3) Set system locale to "English (United Kingdom)"
(4) Open Chrome Privacy Settings

What is the expected result?

Preference title is "Physical Web" (Web is capitalized, same as en_US)

What happens instead?

Preference title is "Physical web" (Web is not capitalized)

Thanks for sending feedback. We're internally triaging the bug and it's currently in progress. We'll update this thread once it's fixed.
