Open an android app 2. Select it and drag it to another screen What is the expected behavior? App moves to secondary display What went wrong? It bounces back into place on the primary monitor Did this work before? No Chrome version: 56.0.2924.79 Channel: beta OS Version: 9000.76.0 Flash Version:
