Yesterday while sheriffing I noticed that SoM shows full bug titles for attached bugs; this is super helpful both for 1. getting a rough overview of the root causes of all active failures and 2. remembering what bug ID to put when triaging alerts that should be attached to the same bug as another, already triaged alert.

Today, as of right now at least, they're not there, though martiniss@ mentioned that maybe this feature is flaky.
