"Please fill out this field" is present in all tabs

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

3. I filled a form with a required field yesterday, and now I see this message in any open tab. But not in other windows.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
I don't expect to see this message any more.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Tested on windows 7 & 10 using chrome stable M56 #56.0.2924.76 using sample forms like gmail account creation ., unable to reproduce the issue.

@urievenchen-- Could you please provide us the sample form to reproduce the issue and also please try in current chrome stable and write us with your observations.

I don't remember where is the form and how it happened. If it happens again I'll let you know. I closed the window where it happened because I can't use Chrome like this, then I reopened a new window with the same tabs and it didn't happen again.
I can't upgrade Chrome, I tried and clicked "relaunch" twice and the version is still 55.0.2883.87 (64-bit). Maybe this is a new bug?

Yes, now my version is 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit). I don't know about the original bug.
