Sync confirmation dialog is tiny on hidpi display

Chrome Version: 58.0.2998.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)
OS: Windows 10 (HiDPI)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in
(2) Look at confirmation dialog

What is the expected result? The contents of the confirmation dialog are readable.

What happens instead? It looks like the contents isn't scaled properly -- my display is set to 200% at the moment.
