Nothing happened for a year, is there someone else who should own this?

Is anyone actually using net-export to do any sort of debugging?
mef: do you know?

Comment 4 by mef@chromium.org, Apr 9 2018

net-export is actively used to provide additional info to bug reports on other platforms, particularly on Android.

Given that most of networking on iOS is NOT handled by //net it may not be that interesting.

I don't think I've seen any complains about it being broken on iOS, so maybe we should WontFix this as known issue?
