Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.95 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create an HTML file with the contents: `<html> <body> <template><p>Hello, world</p></template> </body> </html>` 2. Open the file in the browser. 3. Open DevTools. 4. Select the <p>Hello, world</p> element in the Elements tab in DevTools. 5. Press Console (or ESC). 6. In the Console, write $0. What is the expected behavior? $0 should return <p>Hello, world</p>. What went wrong? $0 returns null. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.95 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 When the element <p>Hello world</p> is selected in the Elements tab, "== $0" is appended like with any other selection, suggesting that this should work.

I am able to observe the behavior on Windows-10, Mac OS 10.12.2 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using the latest canary(58.0.2300.0). Same behavior is seen on older chrome version(30.0.1549.0) as well. Note: Worked fine on Firefox selecting the <template>..</template>.
