Regression: 'Arrow' icons for expanding elements of Properties is not seen properly in Devtools

Chrome Version: 58.0.2999.0 (Official Build) 71ff10d6d6197f990fc47146979d4028d7f4a2e9-refs/heads/master@{#447413}-32/64 bit
OS: Windows(7,8,10),Mac(10.12.1, 10.11.6, 10.12),Linux 14.04

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome and open devtools on NTP, go to Element section
2. Click on 'Properties' section and observe

Actual: 'Arrow' icons for expanding elements is not seen properly

Expected: 'Arrow' icons for expanding elements should be seen properly

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 58’ and below is manual bisect info:

Good build:58.0.2998.0
Bad build:58.0.2999.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

Good build: 58.0.2998.0 (Revision: 447146).
Bad build: 58.0.2999.0 (Revision: 447413).

You are probably looking for a change made after 447216 (known good), but no later than 447217 (first known bad).

Note: Able to reproduce the issue in Win 10.0,Ubuntu 14.04 & Mac 10.12.2.

DevTools: Don't clip tirangles in ObjectPropertiesSection

The treeoutline icons are in a new sprite sheet, but the OPS was using
the old offsets.

Tested the issue on windows 7, Mac 10.11.6, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome dev version-58.0.3004.3 with the steps mentioned in comment #0.'Arrow' icons are seen properly in devtools screen.
Please find the attached screen cast for the same.

Typo in mac Version. Tested Mac Version is -10.12.2.
