Issue descriptionFrom the "Gerrit UI feedback" thread: Topic/Strategy/Label Status/Assignee Assignee seems to be only used by CrOS, so maybe it can be left for that team but not for chromium changes?

Viktar has landed a CL which removes these labels here: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/496986/ Once that gets imported and deployed we can mark this fixed

The version containing the above version of the plugin has been deployed to canary! Totally works and totally looks great. Should hit prod first thing next week.
