Remove unnecessary labels in default view of Polygerrit

Assignee seems to be only used by CrOS, so maybe it can be left for that team but not for chromium changes?

Viktar has landed a CL which removes these labels here: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/496986/

Once that gets imported and deployed we can mark this fixed

The version containing the above version of the plugin has been deployed to canary! Totally works and totally looks great. Should hit prod first thing next week.

Don't hide assignee field.

ChromeOS makes extensive use of this field, and I'd like
Chromium to pick it up as well.
