Chromevox Next Does Not read the Pop-up Which Appears on the Page

Reproduction Steps: 
1. Click on option one or two.
2. Although there is a pop-up which allows the user to input information, CVX Next does not read it.

The url in the screenshot is writer.zerys.com, but we don't have a login for this website.  Can you identify a different website with a similar problem?  This is also potentially a problem with the website itself (and not ChromeVox).  You should also reach out to the website owners.
