Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Play vp8 resolution video using below link
crosvideo.appspot.com/?codec=vp8&cycle=true

(2)Observe video playback
(3)

Expected Result:
Smooth video playback

Actual Result:
Observing green screen interrupt while video playing.

Alwys but not continuous.
