Favicon for www.chromium.org has low resolution

Chrome Version: 57.0.2987.8 dev
OS: Win10, Mac, maybe all others.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to https://www.chromium.org/
(2) Change the screen display to 200% (optional)
(3) 

What is the expected result?
The favicon in the tab/jumplist should look as clear as all other Google favicons.

What happens instead?
It looks blurry.

I think the reason is that the favicon for www.chromium.org has a size of 16x16 as in https://www.chromium.org/favicon.ico

while the favicon for codereview.chromium.org has a size of 32x32 as in https://codereview.chromium.org/favicon.ico
