Files App: Menu item doesn't open once it's clicked immdeiately after Files App is launched.

Chrome Version: 57.0.2987.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Files App.
(2) Click upper right menu item to expand it and click 'New window'
(3) Repeat (1) and (2) for several times.

What is the expected result?
Menu item always opens.

What happens instead?
Menu item sometimes doesn't open.
