Issue descriptionApp Version: 58.0.2998.0 canary iOS Version: 9.3.5,iOS 10 Device : iPhone,iPad 1.Precondition : Enable voice over from device settings. Steps to reproduce: Scenario 1 : 1. Launch chrome. 2. Tap on GLIF icon. 3. Tap on globe Icon. 4. Scroll the languages downwards. 5. Place the voiceover cursor at the blue header. Video : https://drive.google.com/a/google.com/file/d/0B--UpU2GW2EpYXZrSTZTMWhEMHc/view?usp=sharing Scenario 2 : 1. Launch chrome. 2. Tap on GLIF icon. 3. Perform voice search (say : youtube.com). 4. Place the cursor on GLIF icon. 5. Now place the cursor above just once on GLIF icon.
