USB lacking - poor performance for LEGO MINDSTORMS Education EV3

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9000.76.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.79 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9000.76.0 (Official Build) beta-channel peppy Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open LEGO MINDSTORMS Education EV3 2. Goto programming Canvas 3. Insert powered-up EV3 with attached sensors 4. See that sensor values are veeerrrryyyy delayed compared to normal Bluetooth connections What is the expected behavior? Sensors are updated as fast as Bluetooth. This worked under Chrome OS 54 What went wrong? Someone changed the low-level USB handling so it lacks. Did this work before? Yes ChromeOS 54 Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 56.0.2924.79 Channel: beta OS Version: 9000.76.0 Flash Version: 24.0.0.194 Children at schools that use the LEGO software will be affected
