What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) it is from the beginning

What is the expected result?
I am using an stock Android 7.0 device. When I open history in chrome:
It should show me the page name: History
It should have a label on top: History
It should have a search text field: Search history
It should have a button below: CLEAR BROWSING DATA...

What happens instead?
But it is showing:
Page name: Certificate Information
Label on top: The proxy $1 requires a username and password
Search text field: The server does not support the TLS renegotiation extension.
Button below: $1[$2]

Though they function normal.

It also randomly pops up dialog boxes.(I could not take a picture of it so I have edited a picture showing the exact issue).

Please tell me! Is it a malware or pirated version of chrome. I could not even uninstall it, it was there from the beginning when I switched on the phone first time.
