scoll to top, when WebSettings.getSaveFormData() is true

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Open URL
(2) Scroll to "The Submit Button"
(3) Delete "Mickey" and type "test" in "First name:"
(4) Tap "Submit"
(5) Press back key
(6) Again, Scroll to "The Submit Button"
(7) type "test"

Expected result:
Not scroll

Actual result:
Scroll to top

Not able to repro with Chrome Stable playstore release '55.0.2883.91' on Nexus 5x/NMF27C.
Can you also test on the latest chrome stable without webview shell ?
What is the device Android Version ?

Not able to repro with Nexus 5X/7.1.1 with chrome stable 58.0.3029.83.
Can you try with the latest chrome build from playstore?
