Issue description1) Add a new "feedback_url" entry to https://github.com/luci/luci-py/blob/master/appengine/swarming/proto/config.proto https://github.com/luci/luci-py/blob/master/appengine/machine_provider/proto/config.proto https://github.com/luci/luci-py/blob/master/appengine/auth_service/proto/config.proto 2) When the entry is set, add the <script> tag listed here to the UI: https://chromium.googlesource.com/infra/infra/+/master/crdx/feedback Do this for Swarming, Isolate, Auth, MP and whatever else. For isolate, it is more work because it doesn't have luci-config integration yet so this is a prerequisite.

yeah the idea is to make it more generic and consistent. Did you get reports at all? If not, probably not worth.

I copied the script to the machine-provider-dev but it doesn't seem to be working? https://2644-4ac1c37-tainted-smut-dot-machine-provider-dev.appspot.com/ View source verifies the <script> is present.
