Remove media/base/gmock_callback_support.h in favor of base/test/mock_callback.h

I think that now we have MockCallback, we should try to get rid of RunCallback (which is templated differently) in favor of it.

I think that's the opposite: it's a gmock action that invokes a callback argument (used to say things like "when this function is called, run its fourth argument as a callback").
