What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Be on a MacOS laptop/desktop.
1. Have a element node leverage a CSS `transform` function such as `scale` w/ a `cubic-bezier `timing function to have a hover effect
2. Have the element node in close proximity to instance of the `video` element
3. Hover over the element node to trigger the animation defined when the element node is hovered
What is the expected result?
The element animates on hover without any visual side-effects to video
What happens instead of that?
The element animates and causes distortions to occur on all visible videos in close proximity to the element node.

Videos in particular that gave me problems were instances whose source originated from Video Chunks originating from an instance of `MediaSource`
