bluetooth: web: Add descriptors to fuzzer

Add the necessary strings to the web bluetooth fuzzer to support descriptors.

1. Understand how web bluetooth uses characteristics and descriptors (two similar concepts). See e.g. https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/web-bluetooth/

2. Research how characteristics are handled in the fuzzer, see 
src/third_party/WebKit/Source/modules/bluetooth/testing/clusterfuzz/
and see snippets test_case_fuzzer.py
