Kevin: Device doesn't show battery time until full or time left

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open uber tray and check battery section when charger is connected/not connected

What is the expected result?
Should display 'time until full'/ 'time left'

What happens instead?
Only battery percentage is shown.

Possible duplicate of  issue 677043 .

sdantuluri@, can you go to chrome://flags and set the flag #ash-md to 'Disabled' and let me know if the issue still reproduces?

I am seeing this issue randomly. Reproduced twice so far.

Not able to reproduce reliably.
