I can't uninstall Extensions

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Re-install Chrome 2. Scan computer with CCleaner and Awdcleaner 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? When I want to remove my Extensions (Adobe and AdBlock for Youtube, Steam Inventory Helper), everything goes ok, but when I will open Chrome one more time, I still have this Extensions. Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 with chrome reported version#55.0.2883.87 ,stable#56.0.2924.87 & Canary#58.0.3007.0 as per the below steps: 1. Installed chrome 2. Added Adobe ,AdBlock for Youtube and Steam Inventory Helper extension to chrome via chrome://extensions page 3. Uninstalled chrome 4. Ran Chrome cleanup tool successfully to scan the computer 5. Re-installed chrome (above same version) 6. Observed chrome launched with no extensions @Reporter,Could you please upgrade to the latest stable & check the issue.Let us know your observations on the same. Thank you!!
