[Missing Tests]: Add device::mojom::OrientationAbsoluteSensor interface to renderer spec

rockot@, Automated tests for the below commit have been missing and would be really great to add them ASAP since these issues are high priority regressions.

Status: Fixed (was: Untriaged)
This is fixed/obsolete as we don't use this interface anymore but we also now have proper browser tests that exercise the connection between the browser and renderer for this feature.
