Before rolling out a larger experiments to Beta with the aim to find the right settings for Stable, we should make sure soft fetches function correctly.

We should stress test the feature on Canary/Dev to discover potential bugs that would make the experimental results from Beta useless.

In order to see the impact on freshness and qps, we set the soft fetching frequency to 1h for all 3 user classes.

Success criteria: average age of snippets when impressed (w.r.t. fetching time) should decrease to less than 2 hrs. Ideally, the age should be < 40 minutes.
