Regression : Blue focus ring overlaps 'Adapter' text label in chrome://bluetooth-internals/#adapter.

Version: 57.0.2987.13 9d5a5f205754b7ea50a90a3f2c8d0675ca50bf1a-refs/branch-heads/2987@{#134} (64-bit)
OS: Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://bluetooth-internals/#adapter
2. Now drag the browser window from RHS to LHS such as 'Menu' button is seen in top LHS corner of page.
3. Now press 'Tab' key to bring focus ring to 'Menu' icon and observe

Actual: Blue focus ring overlaps 'Adapter' text label
Expected: Blue focus ring should not overlap 'Adapter' text label

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 57’ and will soon update other info :
Good build:57.0.2979.0
Bad build: 57.0.2980.0

Note : Issue is not seen on Linux and Windows OS.
