RFE: Setting(s) to hide some context menu items, like "Print" and "Cast"

Reported by khym.cha...@gmail.com, Jan 29 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.76 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
I never print nor cast from Chrome, so the "Print..." and "Cast..." items in the context menu are just wasted space. There should be some simple way of me, the user, to tell Chrome to just hide those items.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
N/A

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.76 Channel: stable
OS Version: Fedora 25
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

"Cast" menu item can be hidden by setting the corresponding policy, see https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/187202

"Print" menu item can only be disabled via these policies, not hidden completely. Makes no sense to me. It'd be nice if we could hide it altogether.
