Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Update to 56.0.2924.76
2. Start Google Chrome 

What is the expected behavior?
The font size of tabs and bookmarks should be as large as the font size of the Ubuntu UI

What went wrong?
56.0.2924.76 version changed the UI of google chrome on Ubuntu 14.04. The UI's font size is too small.
