U+2025 not showing up correctly

Project Member Reported by dcheng@chromium.org, Jan 29 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version : 57.0.2970.0
OS Version: 9150.0.0
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type Ctrl+Shift+U and then type 2025 to type an ellipsis

What is the expected result?
I should see three dots.

What happens instead of that?
I only see two. This is true in the Omnibox and in the renderer, but not in the autosuggest search queries (though perhaps the autosuggest search queries are substituting three periods for an ellipsis)

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9150.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2970.0 Safari/537.36

It doesn't seem to be a particular font. See attached screenshots.

The unicode table said it was Two Dot Leader, not three dots though.

Ah doh, you're right. Embarrassing... I guess I'll go review my unicode codepoints again.
