No web pages will load including the settings

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_5) AppleWebKit/601.7.8 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/9.1.3 Safari/537.86.7 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Type in any web address 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? The pages will load What went wrong? The page never loads. I have uninstalled and reinstalled chrome twice and the problem persists. I am unable to reset my browsing data, or disable extensions like others sugguest because the settings page won't load either. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'> Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.9.5 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Tested on mac os 10.12.2 using chrome stable M56 #56.0.2924.76 and chrome canary M58 #58.0.2997.0 and couldn't reproduce the issue. @ktshakoor-- Could you please provide us the chrome version details in which you are facing the issue , also try a system restart and chrome re-install and use a fresh chrome profile. If you still able to reproduce the issue , please write us with your observations along with screenshots. Thanks!
