Issue description

Consider removing the ActionableView class and have clients instantiate a CustomButton instead.

Probably appropriate to address the TODO in TimeView::OnGestureEvent() as part of this bug ("Refactor TimeView/DateView classes so that they are not ActionableView anymore. Create an ActionableView as a container for when needed.").
