download stops before file is complete

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2987.8 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://www.crucial.com/wcsstore/CrucialSAS/drivers/storage-executive-win-64.zip Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Download the file What is the expected behavior? The file is complete (176MB) What went wrong? The file is incomplete (65MB) however there was no error that there was a problem. I've downloaded the file multiple times using Chrome and it always stops at 65MB. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 57.0.2987.8 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 It downloaded fine in Edge.

Unable to reproduce the scenario on windows 10 with chrome version #57.0.2987.8 as per steps mentioned in the comment #0, observed that complete file is downloaded as expected. Attaching the screen-cast for your reference, could you please try the same scenario with clean profile with no apps/extensions and let us know your observations.
