Add shared_bitmap to cc.mojom.TextureMailbox

Right now cc.mojom.TextureMailbox does not have a shared_bitmap like cc::TextureMailbox, which is not problematic at this moment because cc.mojom.TexutreMailbox is currently only used for copy requests and copy requests don't need the shared_bitmap field. However, we should be able to add it to the mojom struct without much trouble.
