Regression: Unable to send feedback via Hangouts App.

Chrome Version: 57.0.2987.13 (Official Build) 9d5a5f205754b7ea50a90a3f2c8d0675ca50bf1a-refs/branch-heads/2987@{#134} (32/64 Bit)

OS: Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12), Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux (14.04 LTS)

Pre-Condition: SignIn to Chrome.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Chrome, navigate to above URL and install Hangouts.
2. Launch App, click on Options icon in top LHS, scroll down and click on "Feedback".
3. Try to send Feedback and observe.

Actual Result: Unable to send feedback from hangouts app (nothing happens after clicking on "send" button).
Expected Result: Should be able to send Feedback.

This is regression issue broken in 'M 55' and will soon update the bisect info:
