Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.95 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open this page https://github.com/aksonov/react-native-router-flux/blob/master/docs/DETAILED_EXAMPLE.md 2. Hover over the code example with the mouse 3. Press shift and use scrollwheel What is the expected behavior? The content should scroll horizontally. (This works in Safari for example) What went wrong? Instead the browser goes back or forward. Very annoying. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.95 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.12.2 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 This used to work, can't remember when, but that it's not working now is very frustrating. I am often on github or stack overflow, browsing code that is to large to fit horizontally - and often accidentally go back.

It works in chrome canary 58. In chrome 56 it was a problem, even with all extensions removed, and in incognito mode. 58 seems to have solved it thoug. Thanx.
