Regression: Chopped border shadow is seen for download recovery dialog after the dialog box is dragged out/in browser window.

Issue descriptionChrome Version:58.0.2994.0 (Official Build) (64-bit) Revision 11048b2f4c969c558eb594f4500b14d4c250d9e4-refs/heads/master@{#446546} OS: Mac (10.11.6,10.12.1) Pre-condition:Enable secondary-ui-md flag What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to http://parkerly.com/sb-tests/downloads/downloads.html 2. Click on first link such that exe file gets downloaded and click on ‘Show All’ button. 3. In chrome://downloads, click on ‘Keep dangerous file’ such that download recovery dialog appears. 4. Drag the dialog box out of the browser window, click on the page and then again drag dialog box into window, observe the border of the dialog box. Actual: Border of dialog box is seen chopped. Expected: Border should be proper. This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 58’ and below is manual bisect info: Good build:58.0.2992.0 Bad build:58.0.2993.0 Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build: 58.0.2992.0 (Revision: 445908). Bad build: 58.0.2993.0 (Revision: 446204). You are probably looking for a change made after 445994 (known good), but no later than 445995 (first known bad). This only happens with chrome://flags/#secondary-ui-md, so not a regression. The window shouldn't be movable, which is Issue 500783 |
