What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and login into browser with valid credentials.
(2)Click on avatar icon > manage people, click on 'supervised this person..' checkbox.
(3)Select any account and click on 'import an existing supervised..' link button.
(4)Press tab key such that focus reached user and observe the button 'import supervised user'

Actual: Import supervised user button remains disable even if focus is on supervised user.

Expected: Import supervised user button should be enable once focus reaches on supervised user to add.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M52' series i.e 52.0.2727.0
