Regression : In md-settings, ‘main menu’ side bar closes after clicking on ‘Advanced’.

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 58.0.2993.0 (Official Build) 3c72dd4fcdb2ece2e571bf9b92a23949b9ea438b-refs/heads/master@{#446204} 32/64 bit OS : Mac(10.12.1, 10.11.6, 10.12), Windows(7,8,10), Linux 14.04 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings page. 2. Click on ‘Main menu’ icon and click on ‘Advanced’. 3. Observe. Actual : ‘Main menu’ side bar closes after clicking on ‘Advanced’ option. Expected : Instead, after clicking on ‘Advanced’ option, submenu should expand and ‘Main menu’ side bar should remain open. This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-58’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info. Good build : 58.0.2992.0 Bad build : 58.0.2993.0

With response to comment #3, Retested above issue in latest canary #59.0.3033.0 on Windows 10, Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12) OS and issue is not reproducible. It is working as intended (i.e ‘Main menu’ side bar remains open after clicking on ‘Advanced’ option). Thank you..
