Description:
Enable support for remote audio management from CPanel for Signage/Kiosk customers

Use case:
This is a key use-case for retail vertical. Administrators would like to have the ability to remotely mute/unmute and adjust the audio volume of individual devices depending on store environment.

Motivation:
Many enterprise device management providers (e.g. SOTI for Android) offer a way for the administrators to remotely control device properties. For CrOS to be considered a strong platform of choice for Signage/Kiosk market, we need to focus on two key aspects - 

1) Remote device management - eliminate the need for physical access to the device for day-to-day operations. Examples include audio management, display management - brightness configuration, display on/off etc.

2)Remote troubleshooting to reduce the cost-of-doing-business for our partners. Examples include on-demand log access, remote desktop access etc.
