Info icon ⓘ has very slim "i" on low-res Android device.

Project Member Reported by lgar...@chromium.org, Jan 27 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 58.0.2993.0
OS: Android 4.4.4
Device: MITO A33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Make sure chrome://flags/#mark-non-secure-as is set to show "Not Secure" for password field.s
(2) Visit http-login.badssl.com

What is the expected result?
The ⓘ icon in the omnibox in the has an "i" stroke that matches the circle border (Nexus 5X.png)

What happens instead?
The stroke for the "i" is very thin (MITO A33.png).

Note that we do not show the ⓘ indicator for mixed content on Android right now, so HTTP Bad is the first time that icon is visible.

maxwalker@: Could you decide whether anything needs to be done here, and what alternate assets we should be using for 1x if so?

Summary: Info icon ⓘ has very slim "i" on low-res Android device. (was: Info icon ⓘ has very slim on low-res Android device.)
Yes, this icon is tricky for hdpi.. In order to center the "i" horizontally in the 36px icon bounds the stroke can either be 2px or 4px wide. See A and B in the attachment. A (thin "i") looks more balanced and less clunky, so I think it's preferable over B.

I think B looks more balanced and less clunky, but you're the designer. :-)
