Searchable dropdowns in cups add printer dialog don't open when arrow is clicked |

Issue descriptionWhen you try to add a cups printer manually, the manufacturer and model drop-down dialogs don't open when the drop-down arrow is clicked. Instead, you have to click into the field and start typing for the list to appear.

Right now if you click on the little "open me up" arrow in these boxes nothing happens. This makes that action bring up the relevant lists. Note this may not be entirely the right answer for how this UI element should work, but I believe it's a strict improvement over the status quo.
