iOS page security button VoiceOver does not read security level |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.2989.0 OS: (e.g. Win7, OSX 10.9.5, etc...) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) VoiceOver the page security indicator What is the expected result? The VoiceOver text contains information about whether the page is secure. What happens instead? The label is just "Page Security Info"

Are there guidelines for what the text should say? Do Android or desktop do this currently? Perhaps iOS can follow what they do?

I believe on Mac OS X, the VoiceOver reads the value of the Verbose Security indicator; see Issue 702406 .

No, sorry, we're quite busy with iOS 11 and iPhone X time-critical stuff right now, I'll try to come back to this in the future. Setting a milestone to keep this on my radar. Feel free to take it if you got time.

Yes, when https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=869398 is checked in this should be fixed.
