Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.67 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Establish PeerConnection with iceTransportPolicy of relay 2. Open chrome://webrtc-internals 3. Observe configuration of iceTransportType What is the expected behavior? The original configuration to be reflected, or at least the effective configuration What went wrong? iceTransportType is not a valid configuration option name (and I don't think it ever was), causing a lot of confusion for developers. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 56.0.2924.67 Channel: beta OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

hta/tommi: SerializeIceTransportType contains values which are no longer in the spec like "nohost". You might want to clean that up.
