Sign-out button in chrome://settings page doesn't work

Google Chrome	56.0.2924.79 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)

Platform	9000.76.0 (Official Build) beta-channel peppy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login as non-guest user.
3. Change password on server from another machine.
4. Wait some time for password sync. 
5. Open chrome://settings page -> People section
6. See "Sign out and then sign in again to start sync" message with 'Sign out' button
7. Click on Sign-out button

What is the expected result?
Should be able to sign-out of user account


What happens instead?
Nothing happens
