Project Member Reported by dbloch@google.com, Jan 26 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.76 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to https://www.youtube.com/user/physicswoman
2. <type ctrl-F>Hubble. Chrome reports that there's one match.

What is the expected behavior?
The word "Hubble" is visible, highlighted orange.

What went wrong?
The word "Hubble" doesn't appear on the page.

After a lot of experimenting, you can make it appear by clicking on the right arrow at the end of the "Space and the Universe" row.

Did this work before? N/A

Could it be because of this patch? https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/24936947c5a7019a20e269e523dd338e39588c95.

It seems to be changing the behavior of scrollRectToVisible and scrollRectIntoView.
