Password protected zip files fails to open

Issue description

Chrome Version: 57.0.2987.8/9202.4.0 lulu

Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add
the label below).

Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Open a password protected zip file
(2)
(3)

Expected Result: To open a dialog to enter the password.

Actual Result: Does not open any password dialog and opens some default pic

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

Zip files without password protection works fine. 

but it always open up by default arc internal storage

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.

I don't think the app in the screenshot is something default with arc or Chrome OS. It looks like this third-party app.

The user account in the screenshot probably set the app as the default task for zip file type. Although I could not do that with the app's latest version.
So I think this is a problem with the app's unzip function.

Will you verify it by right-clicking on the zip file and seeing the context menu?

Now I could reproduce it by installing the app and setting it as the default app. It can only be applied to files outside Drive folders.

Closing because this is a problem with the app and not related to Arc or Files app.
