[Content suggestions] Remote sections titles stay in the old language if you switch UI language

1. Open Chrome and check you see "Articles for you"
2. Switch Android UI language to something else such as "German"
3. Open Chrome again.

All is in German except for "Articles for you" title that stays in English.

The section title comes from the server, and should get updated on the next fetch. Can you verify if that happens?

Yes. it happens. Not on FetchMore but on a regular fetch yes.

Then, this will be automatically fixed by fixing  crbug.com/685687
