Need drag-and-drop test coverage for non-Aura platforms |

Issue descriptionWe need end-to-end drag-and-drop test coverage for non-Aura platforms. The coverage via layout tests doesn't exercise routing events to OOPIFs done in the content layer (i.e. eventSender available to layout tests injects events to the current local root widget).
