Currently, due to the limits on policy size (preference is to limit to 10k), the maximum # of printers we are allowing to be set up for a managed user is 20.

We would like to increase this number in order to support larger enterprise organizations.

Note: As an additional consideration, users likely do not need more than 20 printers, but due to how user groups are identified (ex. currently no good way to define a set of users by proximity to a printer), the number of printers set up per policy needs to be larger.
